Volunteers are fined for handing over cars to military units,
Among the arguments for a fine is a formal violation of customs rules.
Volunteers are fined up to 100 thousand hryvnia for transferring vehicles imported in 2022-2023 to military units. People's Deputy, member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Nina Yuzhanina spoke about this in her Telegram.
“Volunteers are fined for transferring cars to military units. And the amount of such fines reaches 100 thousand hryvnia (there are already court decisions). This happens mainly for cars imported in 2022 and 2023, which were transferred by volunteers to other military units than the military units indicated in customs declarations,” she said.
