Ukraine expects to receive $38 billion next year for non-military budget expenditures, the prime minister said.
Ukraine ends 2024 in financial stability, and the government is confident of covering the necessary expenses next year. Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal announced this at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“We fully finance our Defense Forces through taxes, fees, and internal loans. Thanks to our partners, we cover civilian expenses,” he said.
