In Ukraine, a huge number of men of military age avoid mobilization, Dikiy noted.
At the front, Ukraine has large sanitary losses and mass cases of unauthorized abandonment of a military unit (SOCH). However, there is no need to lower the mobilization age, because then there will be a “kindergarten” at the front.
This opinion was expressed by the ex-company commander of the Aidar battalion, ATO veteran, director of the National Antarctic Science Center Evgeniy Dikiy. In an interview with Novinarna, he noted that the problem of SOC is growing like an avalanche.
