According to Ivan Stupak, the occupied territory consists of millions of cubic meters of concrete fragments mixed with the bodies of Ukrainian defenders.
The Ukrainian authorities realized that the return of the territories as of 1991 is not yet feasible – in particular, for this there is not enough strength in people, equipment and supplies. This opinion was expressed in a commentary to Focus by former SBU employee and military analyst Ivan Stupak.
He referred to information coming from Washington – in particular, from the team of US President-elect Donald Trump.
“From what I know, what I read, the future administration of Mr. Trump was skeptical about this and was not at all interested in this issue,” the expert said.
