Ukrainian defenders were able to push back the Russian invaders from the city of Kupyansk, Kharkov region. Defense forces are monitoring the situation on the approaches to the city.
The representative of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa” Nazar Voloshin spoke about this during the telethon. According to him, the enemy is trying to advance in small assault groups without attracting large numbers of armored vehicles, and then gain a foothold and accumulate forces.
“We managed to stabilize the situation in that direction, and the enemy was driven back from the city (Kupyansk),” he said.
