Fighting continues in Toretsk, Donetsk region. Defense forces are holding back the enemy's advance. This was stated by the press secretary of the operational-tactical group of troops “Lugansk” Anastasia Bobovnikova on the air of the telethon.
She noted that during the day, fighting took place in Toretsk, the enemy tried to break into our defenses, but was repulsed. According to her, the enemy is slowly advancing, and at the same time, over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces have killed about 20 invaders and about 50 wounded.
“Their progress in Toretsk is really minimal. In a month they moved literally one street and at that time they killed 70-80 people every day in order to advance several houses,” Bobovnikova noted.
