The Marines completed a highly complex operation.
The armored group of the 505th separate Marine battalion successfully evacuated wounded soldiers from the front edge of the battlefield.
As the Ukrainian Naval Forces reported, the situation seemed hopeless, but the Marines coped with the task brilliantly. The Ukrainian Navy reported this on its Facebook page.
“This was an extremely complex operation for several reasons: throughout the entire route the vehicle was hunted by enemy FPVs, and the road was controlled by enemy artillery,” the report says.
