We have compiled a list of festive events that took place in Kirov in 2024

In 2024, the city of Kirov celebrated 650 years since its founding, accepted the status of the Capital of Dawn and became the New Year's capital of Russia. All-Russian stars visited the city, and some entertainment events were broadcast on federal channels. We have collected the largest events that Kirov residents will remember in 2024.

City Day (6+)

On June 12, a large-scale City Day and Russia Day (0+) took place in Kirov. The holiday began with morning exercises (0+). 4,522 Kirov residents took part in the mass physical education event. A solemn procession started from the Trade Union to Karl Marx. There were 15 thousand people in the column. The participants finished their journey on Teatralnaya Square, where they sang the Russian anthem.

In the Alexander Garden, the pop group “Kraski” performed for Kirov residents and guests of the city, and the group “Strelki” sang on Teatralnaya Square.
