The snow cover that has formed in some regions of Ukraine does not yet have a chance to gain a foothold, says Natalya Ptukha.
On Friday, November 15, precipitation in the form of wet snow will increase in most regions of Ukraine. Natalya Ptukha, press secretary of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, spoke about this on Hromadske Radio.
She noted that yesterday, November 14, wet snow fell in several regions. There was a little more of it than expected in the Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Poltava regions. Today, wet snow is expected in other regions of the country, except for the South – light rain is forecast in some places.
