Weather in December – weather forecasters spoke about frost and snow
A strong cold snap is not expected in Ukraine in the coming days.
We don’t count on severe frosts in Ukraine in December. Natalya Ptukha, press secretary of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, said this at a briefing.
She noted that according to research by our specialists and global forecasting centers, the winter period in Europe and, in particular, Ukraine is characterized by the fact that there are more days with a warm period.
“Average monthly temperatures for the last few months have been higher than the average monthly temperature of the climate norm,” noted the speaker of the UkrHMC.
