On the first day of winter in the eastern regions and the southern part of Ukraine, light precipitation is forecast, mainly in the form of wet snow. There is no precipitation in the rest of the territories.

But meteorologist Ihor Kybalchich says that on Thursday, November 28, a little wet snow will pass in the northern regions at night. In the afternoon, precipitation in the form of drizzle, rain and sleet is expected in the western part. Fog is possible in some places in Ukraine.
