The growth of reserves in November amounted to 9.1%.
As of December 1, Ukraine’s international reserves, according to preliminary data, amounted to $39.925 billion.
As the NBU press service reported, in November they grew by 9.1%. This dynamics is due, on the one hand, to significant volumes of revenue from international partners, and on the other, to a decrease in the volume of net sales of foreign currency by the National Bank on the foreign exchange market.
In general, the dynamics of reserves was determined by a number of factors. In particular, receipts in favor of the government and payments for servicing and repaying public debt – in November, the government's foreign currency accounts at the National Bank received $6.7 billion (from the World Bank, the USA, Japan, South Korea and from the placement of foreign currency government bonds).
