Kazakhstan national team suffered two devastating defeats at the start 2025 World Youth Hockey Championship in Canadareports Sports.kz.
In the first match of the tournament, Kazakhstan lost to Sweden with a score of 1:8. In the second game, the Kazakh hockey players suffered an even greater defeat, losing to the Czech team with a score of 2:14. Thus, after two games, Kazakhstan does not have a single point in its asset and, with a goal difference of 3:22, occupies the last, fifth place in the standings of Group B. The next opponent of the Kazakhstan youth team will be the Slovakian national team, and in the final match of the group Kazakhstan will play with the Swiss team.
