“What matters is how people celebrate the New Year in our reality,”
Psychologist Ekaterina Klyushnichenko in an interview with UNIAN told how to “reset” before the New Year, how not to feel guilty and how to make wishes correctly.
Ekaterina, tell us how to cope with anxiety and stress before the New Year in order to meet it in a good mood?
Accumulated fatigue, obligations and expectations often cause anxiety. Make a “reality list” – write down what is really important to do and what can be postponed or delegated. Prioritize not tasks, but your condition, a holiday for yourself, not in order to meet the expectations of others.
Breathing exercises (4-7-8) will help relieve acute anxiety.
What does it mean to “reset” for the New Year, and how to do it without putting pressure on yourself?
“Zeroing” is giving yourself permission to let go…
