The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is discussing the possibility of disbanding the territorial centers of recruitment and social support. This is connected with numerous scandals surrounding the TCC, in particular, employees exceeding their powers and the so-called “busification” on the streets of Ukrainian cities. Such cases hinder recruiting and adequate mobilization.
