Some military personnel in Ukraine are faced with the fact that banks will not issue them loans. Economist and former deputy chairman of the NBU board Alexander Savchenko said that such failures are isolated cases and not a systemic phenomenon.
On Hromadske Radio, he noted that such refusals may be due to insufficiently clear regulations and client identification procedures.
