New projects for the restoration of housing and social infrastructure will appear in western Ukraine: “Mini-Bakhmut” in the village of Goshcha and a town for displaced people with an area of ​​120 hectares in Trostyanets. These projects were developed according to Metinvest's “Steel Dream” concept. They were presented at the Fifth International Conference “Restoration of Ukraine: Construction and Energy” in Warsaw, by the deputy mayor of Bakhmut, Alexander Marchenko, and the mayor of Trostyanets, Yuriy Bova, in order to find international donor funding.

Alexander Marchenko said: while Bakhmut is occupied, the city administration agreed to allocate a site in the village of Goshcha, Rivne region. It is planned to create a quarter there that intuitively follows the borders of Bakhmut with the Bakhmutka River and the division of the city into four districts.
