The freshly baked flatbreads are soft and pair perfectly with sauces.
Making bread is always a difficult and time-consuming task, because you have to wait for the dough to rise and only then bake it in the oven, which also takes a lot of time.
However, as Ehrges writes, there is a simple recipe for flatbreads that can easily replace bread and do not require much effort.
Quick, freshly baked flatbreads are soft and pair perfectly with sauces, and only take 15 minutes to make from scratch. For the bread you will need:
- flour – 480 g;
- yogurt – 220 g;
- water – 200 ml;
- baking powder – 10 g;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- oil – 10 ml;
- olive oil for lubrication – 50 ml.
Combine dry ingredients, add yogurt, water and oil. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough. If it is too sticky, you can add a little flour.
Mix carefully…
