What will happen to fuel prices in 2024
Now there are no prerequisites for a jump in prices for gasoline and diesel, a fuel market expert believes.
Fuel prices in Ukraine may fall in the near future. This was announced by fuel market expert, director of the consulting company “A-95” Sergei Kuyun on the air of “Kiev24”.
According to him, the forecast of the National Bank of Ukraine about a possible rise in gasoline prices by 9% is doubtful. He noted that if the average fuel price today is 53 hryvnia per liter, then an increase of 10% means an additional 5 hryvnia.
“I don’t see why today fuel should rise in price by 5 hryvnia per liter. Oil should cost $90 per barrel, and not $75 as it is today. Or something else should happen,” Kuyun said.
