Former Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine Ivan Plachkov said that in the worst-case scenario there may be no light for 5 days in winter. He stated this on Novosti.LIVE.

The expert described three possible scenarios for the winter period:

  • Optimistic scenario: warm winter (-4°C…-5°C) and absence of massive shelling. In this case, short-term outages of 2 hours are possible, which will be organized according to the schedule.
