Plachkov told what to expect and what the duration of blackouts in winter will depend on
Former Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine Ivan Plachkov said that in the worst-case scenario there may be no light for 5 days in winter. He stated this on Novosti.LIVE.
The expert described three possible scenarios for the winter period:
