The message reminded that due to an attack by Russian hackers, some services of state registers are temporarily unavailable, and work is currently underway to restore them.

“The attack on the registers of the Ministry of Justice will not affect the payments to citizens, part of the payments have already been made, and some will be made on time, according to the schedule,” the message says.
