In connection with planned counterintelligence (security) activities in the Pechersky district of Kyiv, in particular in the government quarter of the city, there may be restrictions on passage and travel along the streets of the capital, checking citizens’ documents and inspecting cars. This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.
“The goal is to check the counter-sabotage protection of state facilities, as well as to strengthen the security of residents of the capital and persons subject to state security,” the statement said.
