The popular WhatsApp messenger, which is still used by the majority of Russian residents, has decided to introduce new conditions.

Starting November 7, the phone app will change its rules so that people won't have access to certain messages.

The developers said that the changes will affect group chats, which are used by a large number of Russians. For example, they can be created based on interests, as well as for work colleagues or parents whose children are in school or in kindergarten.
