President Zelensky announced transparent transfers in the army.
The government introduced a transparent mechanism for the transfer of servicemen between units of the Armed Forces at their initiative. The system will start working through the “Army+” application as early as November 15.
This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
“Transfers of soldiers in the army must be unblocked. The government has just adopted a special resolution that introduces a real and transparent mechanism for transfers of our soldiers between military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the head of state said.
According to him, the new mechanism was developed in cooperation with civil society, the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in accordance with the agreements reached at the October meeting with the public.
