The electricity situation in Ukraine may improve in a few days. However, it will take weeks to completely abandon blackout schedules.
Yuriy Boyko, adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, stated this on the air of the Kyiv24 TV channel.
In particular, Boyko reported on the improvement of the electricity supply situation in the Odesa region, where most objects were damaged as a result of Russian strikes.
“We expect in a few days to significantly improve the situation with the schedules (blackout – ed.). If we talk about completely abandoning them, I'm afraid that such a forecast requires not days, but weeks“, the prime minister's adviser said.
He added that energy workers are working around the clock to carry out all the necessary repairs as quickly as possible.
