Where in Ukraine do people complain the most about the work of the TCC and SP: Lubinets' answer — Ukraine
The majority of complaints about TCCs come from Transcarpathia.
In 2024, about 4,000 appeals from citizens, who consider their actions illegal, were received on the actions of TCC and SP representatives.
This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, in an interview with Ukrainian Pravda.
“There are cases when, at my request, a separate meeting of the VLK was convened, a full analysis was conducted, and it was recorded that a person who had previously been recognized as “completely healthy” at the VLK actually has a disease.
