Where is the most expensive housing in Ukraine?
The most important criterion for choosing housing, both when buying and renting, is the price.
In 2024, the demand for the purchase of housing decreased slightly, but prices for apartments and houses increased in most cities in the western and central regions of Ukraine. This is stated in the OLX Real Estate study.
It is noted that the secondary market for the sale/purchase of housing has still not reached pre-war levels due to depopulation, decreased solvency and uncertainty about the future, which creates deferred demand for purchase. However, this segment was supported by the eOselya program, providing the opportunity to purchase housing on credit: 69% of Ukrainians surveyed know about the program, 8% have already taken advantage of it, and 36% are planning.
