“Moisture will add clouds and fog, and there will be rain in the western regions due to the movement of the atmospheric front, which is tied to the cyclone located over Poland,” the weather forecaster said.
The air temperature at night will be 0-4 degrees of frost, and in the evening – about 0 degrees. In the afternoon on Thursday, 1-4° of heat is expected tomorrow. In the southern regions and in the west, thermometers will show 4-8° of heat.
In Kyiv, November 28 is unlikely. However, there will be fog in the capital with reduced visibility to 300-500 meters. At night, the air temperature will be 0-2° of frost, and during the day it will be 0-2° of heat.
