Which vacancies are in the least demand in Ukraine, despite high salaries: study – UNIAN
For the second year in a row, it is difficult to find an auto electrician in Ukraine, despite the salary being significantly above average.
The ongoing war, mobilization and outflow of population abroad caused a crisis in the labor market in Ukraine. One of its consequences is that some vacancies have become much more difficult to fill due to a lack of willing specialists.
According to the OLX Work study, in October 2024, the most difficult job to fill was a designer in manufacturing – there were only 60 responses for 39 vacancies on the platform. At the same time, the median offered salary for a specialist in this field is UAH 28,750, while according to the State Statistics Service, in the second quarter of this year the average salary in Ukraine was UAH 20,964.
In second place is the position of a dentist with a median salary of 30,000 UAH….
