High blood pressure
Firstly, caviar is dangerous for people with high blood pressure – arterial hypertension. The preservation process uses a large amount of salt, the excess amount of which contributes to the risk of developing heart and vascular diseases. According to GOST, in the first grade product its mass fraction is 4-6%, in the second grade it is 4-7%. Thus, if you buy a jar of caviar weighing 100 g, it will contain from 4 to 7 g of salt (about a teaspoon).
