Who is not subject to mobilization in Ukraine 2024 by age
According to bill No. 10449, the obligation to mobilize during martial law falls on the shoulders of absolutely all men from 18 to 60 years old. At the same time, it is important to understand that adult children have a high chance of joining the army only if they have graduated from a military department or served in the army. In other cases, a man cannot be forcibly mobilized until he is 25 years old – only voluntarily under a contract.
