Who will not receive a postponement in 2025 – a complete list – Ukraine
The reprieve can be lost.
In Ukraine, some conscripts have the right to deferment from mobilization. However, there are certain categories of the population that cannot receive it. Also, under certain circumstances, you can lose the existing deferment.
This is stated in the Law of Ukraine, “24 Kanal” reports.
The following will not be able to receive a postponement from mobilization in January next year:
- students who study at the correspondence or evening department or receive a second or third higher education;
- parents who have three or more minor children and arrears of alimony payments;
- persons whose spouse has the third group of disability (with the exception of a few cases when a postponement can be granted);
- those who take care of persons with disabilities of group 1 or 2, if other able-bodied relatives or relatives can take care of them;
