The “Winter Support” benefit will no longer be taken into account in the calculation of the family's total income.
The government has changed the procedure for calculating family incomes for social assistance and payment of one-time benefits to children and people with disabilities of the I group among internally displaced persons for the winter of 2024-2025.
This was told by the permanent representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.
He informed that changes have been made to the procedure for calculating the average monthly total family income and providing benefits, according to which the one-time “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” benefits will not be taken into account when calculating the family's income.
