Psychologist Natalya Kerre and physical therapy instructor Anastasia Polokhova, in a conversation with SE, talked about the most common causes of neck problems, Sports.kz reports.
According to them, old injuries (including those received at birth and aggravated with age), curvature of the spine, prolonged sitting motionless at a computer, desk, or driving a car can lead to unpleasant sensations in the neck. They included chronic stress, when a person involuntarily retracts his neck, as less obvious reasons.
