Will Putin go to the G20 summit in Brazil?

Dictator-President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will not go to the G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro. Brazil is a member of the International Criminal Court and should arrest the “Fuhrer”.
This was stated by Russian Ambassador Marat Berdiev, rosZMI reports.
According to him, the Russian delegation to Rio de Janeiro will be headed by Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, not Putin. In the Kremlin, the reason for this decision is not the ISS.
The head of the Kremlin explained: he decided not to go to the G20 so as not to disturb his “good work”. He also claimed to have an “excellent relationship” with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
