Today, there are a lot of women who are voluntarily ready to serve in the army.
There is no question of the forced mobilization of women in Ukraine. Women can join the ranks of the Armed Forces only of their own free will.
Maxim Zhorin, deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade, said this in an interview with NV.
“So far, it cannot be talked about at all. I do not see any signals about it now. But there are a lot of women who are voluntarily ready to serve in the army today. Even working with this resource, we could form women's units. Fully , of course, it will not cover the needs, but it is a tool that is worth paying attention to, it works in a complex,” he said.
Maksym Zhorin reminded that many female volunteers cannot find a place in the army because they are faced with the fact that in this unit, for example, all positions are filled.
