Work for women – the government approved a project for the employment of women in male professions – UNIAN
The personnel shortage arose due to the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war.
The government has approved a pilot project for training and employing women in areas that are traditionally considered “male.” Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko reported this on Telegram.
The explanatory note notes that the Russian-Ukrainian war led to a shortage of personnel. Employers want to solve this problem by more actively attracting women to atypical positions.
Alexey Goncharenko also presented a list of professions for training and employment of women.
