World War III – Russia began to produce shelter from a nuclear explosion
Experts have questions about whether such a storage facility can actually accommodate many people and still feel safe.
The Russians have announced that they have begun mass production of mobile shelters “Kub-M”, which should protect, in particular, from a nuclear explosion. Defense Express experts tried to figure out whether this is really the case.
The Kub-M itself is a modular shelter, which includes two standard containers.
According to the plan, one of them will be able to accommodate 54 people, while the other is a technical module that will contain a toilet, filtration units and a diesel generator. The battery life is 48 hours.
