According to the general director of YASNO, the situation in the energy system does not allow making a forecast at least a day in advance.

In recent days, the blackout schedules have been constantly changing and adjusting. Why is this happening, explained the general director of YASNO energy supplier Serhiy Kovalenko.

He noted that days like today are difficult for the power system.

“In the morning, due to the shelling, emergency outages were applied outside the schedule. Later, there were many changes in the schedules, and the restrictions were increased to 3 shifts out of 6, that is, to half of the consumers. Some groups remained without power for almost 7 hours. If your outage lasted even longer, you should contact to your operator distribution system (OSR), because this is probably already an emergency situation. And yes, the weather is not helping today,” said Kovalenko.
