The former head of the commissar said that he started working on the book back in March 2023, when he was in the position of commander-in-chief. The manuscript was edited by his wife.

“I am sharing with you my own story about myself, my thoughts and life decisions,” he emphasized.

According to Zaluzhnyi, he wrote a book for young people and wants to “convey an important truth in it: everything is possible in life if you really want it.” He also emphasized that this is a book about his war.
