Zelensky approved more than 30 ambassadors – who are appointed – Politics


Andrii Melnyk, the former ambassador to Germany and Brazil, became the new representative of Ukraine at the UN.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, together with the diplomatic team, approved new candidates for the positions of Ukrainian ambassadors.

He announced this in the traditional evening address on Friday, December 20.

“I agreed to more than 30 decisions. Among them are Nariman Dzhelal – to Turkey, Alyona Hetmanchuk – representative of Ukraine in NATO, Andriy Melnyk – representative of Ukraine in the UN and others,” said Zelenskyy.

The corresponding decrees should soon appear on the website of the President of Ukraine, in accordance with diplomatic procedures.
