Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky arrived in Hungary for the first time during Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. This is evidenced by the video of Zelensky’s arrival at the summit of the European Political Community in Budapest.
Upon arrival, Zelensky told reporters that all comments would be made after the meetings.
The head of state arrived at this summit at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Hungarian Presidency of the European Council, Viktor Orbán, and the President of the European Council, Charles Michel.
