Zelensky commented on the requirements for lowering the mobilization age
A year ago, Ukraine agreed with the United States and Europe on the training of 12 brigades abroad. However, today only 2 brigades are undergoing training.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commented on the demands of Western partners to lower the mobilization age, noting that there are enough formed brigades in Ukraine, which lack weapons and manning.
He said this in his speech at the meeting of the European Council.
“If a person stands in front of you without a weapon, what difference does it make if the person is 20 years old or 30? None. The partners pay attention to the physical abilities of the military, and we pay attention to the fact that we have “naked” brigades that are not staffed, before everyone, with weapons. It seems to me that this is not very fair,” says the President.
