Zelensky signed a law on improving the work of the MSEK — Politics


In Ukraine, new expert teams will be created to assess the functionality of patients.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed Law No. 11225, which is aimed at improving the procedures for medical and social examination.

This is reported on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to the new law, from January 1, 2025, expert teams will begin to operate instead of MSEK, which will assess a person's daily functioning. The teams will consist of practicing doctors and will work in multidisciplinary hospitals, with the possibility of remote work or visits to patients.
