The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, plans to present the Plan of Internal Stability of the State to the Verkhovna Rada in the coming days.
This is reported by “Ukrainian Pravda” with reference to interlocutors in the “Servant of the People” faction and the president's team.
According to the publication, the key points of the Internal Stability Plan of Ukraine are the front, unity, weapons, energy, finance, security, human capital, communities, cultural sovereignty, and the politics of heroes.
The plan provides for:
- changing approaches to mobilization and recruiting,
- development and expansion of the production of the latest types of weapons,
- protection of energy facilities and the energy system,
- attraction of internal and external investments in the economy,
- modern policy regarding weapons in civilian circulation,
