Zelensky’s thousand and cashback – The Cabinet of Ministers withdrew almost ₴4 billion from other programs

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decree that provides for the redistribution of funds from business support and humanitarian demining programs in the amount of UAH 3.8 billion to the national cashback program and the payment of 1,000 hryvnia to Ukrainians. This was announced by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, referring to the relevant order, which was published on the government portal.
“In the meantime, taxes are being raised for businesses and citizens… The Cabinet of Ministers decided to withdraw money from the business support and mine clearance program and send an additional 3.8 billion UAH this year for… cashback and “1000 from Zelensky,” Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram.
