Funds for the “Winter Support” program, which provides for the payment of thousands of hryvnia to all Ukrainians, will be taken from the remaining money from the Social Insurance Fund in case of unemployment. Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko spoke about this during a press conference.
“These funds were formed in the Social Insurance Fund in case of unemployment.
